Who Am I?

A little about myself…

My name is Evan Agee, and I’m a website developer and graphic designer living in a tiny town in Indiana. I am married to Kristen, who I also dated throughout most of our high school years. We have no children right now other than our black cat Pansy, our shih-tsu Scooter and our black pug Pepper. I work as a web designer / developer and graphic designer for Agee Design, the company I started back in 2007. I also enjoy video production and photography a great deal.

I’m a big fan of Apple as a company and their products. Currently I own two Apple computers, a 5th generation iPod w/video, an 8gb iPhone and an Apple mug (thanks to my good friend Phil Dow of Sprouted) and several of their wonderful creative pro apps. I’m probably a little too obsessed with their products and get extremely excited any time there’s an Apple press event or product release.

Bible Study Fellowship (BSF)
I’m involved in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) every Monday evening; If you’re from the Richmond/Wayne County area and are interested in learning more about God’s Word, the Bible, I encourage you to learn more about BSF in Richmond and find out if it sounds interesting to you, I’d love to see you there!

A day in the life…

I’m owner of Agee Design, a website design and development company based in Centerville Indiana. I started the company in the summer of 2007 and so far things have been going very well. We’ve worked with people from around the world, providing them with top-notch websites and creative designs. When I have some free time I enjoy taking rides around town in my car looking for areas to photograph. Most of my trips end up leading me into the country where I sometimes end up lost. Only in Indiana. I post most of my photos online for my friends and family. You can see many of my photos scattered throughout my website.

Interests
My interests, like other people, dominate my life and I have lots of them.

• PhotographyOver the last couple of years photography has become a real passion. I spend many Saturdays driving around looking for places to take photos, it’s a true passion of mine. If you’d like to see some of my photos, check out the photography section.
• Video ProductionI’ve always been interested in films, and within the last couple of years I’ve gotten interested in producing my own short films. I’ve just started post-production on a documentary Running For Something that’s planned for release in early 2010. I recently invested in a lot of high-quality video production equipment including a JVC HD110U, SmallHD DP1 and various other items.
• Music/Guitar/Drums In the past I’ve played in a Christian band called Unseen (drums). In my high school days I even recorded an album with a friend and played guitar in a metal band called Caje. These days I’m mostly working on recording the songs I’ve written so I don’t forget them. You can checkout a video of my guitar playing here.
