Well, I just got back from the gym and it was wonderful. I did a half hour of cardio and then spent some time in the sauna (metos). I feel great and I can’t wait to go in tomorrow. There also weren’t very many people there, so it was very easy to get work done without talking to a bunch of people. I plan on doing a 5-day schedule. Monday through Friday.
